Reference source not found.."" Are not used in this spec, suggesting there is no normative content. You do not have to us these keywords but the normative content should be more clearly indicated. E.g. the conformance clause should explain what is to be interpreted as ""requirement"". Also, there is a broken ref in this section 1.1."
