Resolution: As addressed in wd08: "In EMIX, the term intrinsic properties refers to those that can be measured and / or verified at the point of delivery, i.e., electric power and price. The term extrinsic properties refers to those that can only be known with prior knowledge, such as the carbon cost, the energy source, or the sulfate load from generation. "
