I do not agree with removing Delivery from Transactive State ( at least for TeMIX) Delivery is the physical and in some cased the financial delivery of a product resulting from a Transaction. It is the next stage after Transaction in the Transactive State Sequence.

The TC decided in a meeting to use Delivery rather than Usage as a Transactive state.  The emix artifact for Delivery is the PAP10 usage artifact which buy your design is similar to the emix Tender and Transaction artifacts.  Delivery was a better term because it applied to both generation and usage.

I can find no use of the term DeliveryType anywhere in the schema.

The use of the terms ServiceDeliveryPoint and Rate of Delivery seem consistent and not confusing with Delivery as a Transactive State.
