This modifies the EMIX PR02 Examples sent to the list in
http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/emix/201105/msg00022.html .

I added schemaLocations (consistent only with XML Spy 2011 rev.2) so that
when I'm connected to the internet everything works as it should.

Your mileage may vary.

Read the "ReadmeUpdated" file carefully - if you use other environments or
tools you'll need to configure them.
