Agree.Meters are not between.

We have the cases of

1) interconnects between balancing areas
2) DC  interconnects  between unsynchronized grids (such as Texas to the rest of the US) 
3)   micro grids connected to the main grid
4) and perhaps other cases.

The meter would be one side or the other of the interconnect.  In some cases meters may be on both sided of the interconnect.

So we need a way to designate the grid that the meter is connected to.

Does the CIM provide a way to identify a grid?
