If we are using "Transaction", "Party" and "Tender" as defined in another standard, then upon first occurrence a direct reference to that standard and definition should be put in this standard. Otherwise, the reader is left wondering why they are undefined...

...recommend then adding "(as defined in {boldface} [WS-Calendar])" upon first occurrence of those terms.
