The sort is generally in order of increasing price of a segment and not Quantity. Quantity should be a quantity for the segment. Units – Ramp is not an issue here as that is done with the ramp rate constraint. Not clear what the duration is of the offer. Need units for the energy as well as power. An Integral Only does not make any sense here. If only a total quantity of energy then a single price and quantity should do. Edward G.
