This is a request for clarification from Josh/IRC.

You have provided a list of products traded by the IRC and identified as a market product in the CIM.

I also understand the need for time and location.

I also see the need for price and quantity elements as well as resource information that may be in a master file.

I also understand that in each RTO the ancillary service products may have other prescribed attributes, notification standards etc. that may not be communicated as elements of an ancillary services offer because they are pre-established for an RTO and its specific ancillary serives prodcuts.

Please correct the above or use your own lanquage to convey the correct situation as you see it.
