Here is the current snapshot of the TC Administration support request queue
effective today, Sunday, October 2nd. I am sending these weekly to let you
know what to expect for your individual requests. Below is the list of open
requests with their current status or my projection.

This week we have started a new approach in order to expedite the processing
of public review requests. This coming week we will be contacting you to
discuss how this applies to your tickets.
