Hi Sila,

Thanks so very much for the clarifications. My only comment is the FAR and NEAR attributes for the Pending state. In my view, both Far and Near are quite subjective AND since we would be having the start time and duration (WS Scheduling), is there really a need for these? Also, wouldn't it be the function of the ESI/BAS/EMS/EMCS to decide what constitutes Far/Near and Pending?
