Subject: RE: Comments- Public Review of Energy Interoperation Version 1.0
Benjamin: You seem to have sent the email to the list owner, rather than to the list. Could you please re-send the same note to: energyinterop-comment@lists.oasis-open.org Also, as each TC is a separate IP container in OASIS, could you please send it to Emix-comment@lists.oasis-open.org Thanks tc "If something is not worth doing, it`s not worth doing well" - Peter Drucker
From: Stafford, Benjamin [mailto:Benjamin.stafford@puc.state.oh.us] To Whom it May Concern: Below are links to the comments of Commissioner Paul Centolella, Public Utilities Commission of Ohio, member of the Smart Grid Interoperability Panel Governing Board, representing the interests of State and Local Regulators. Commissioner Centolella is interested in EMIX as an effort to build a flexible data model and XML vocabulary used to exchange a variety of product definitions for transactional energy markets, including rate structures. The purpose of these comments is to provide examples of emerging and innovative products and rate structures so that developers can work through how such products and rates might be expressed within the EMIX framework, determine what needs to be represented, and to identify any gaps or ambiguities. By pointing to these examples, these comments seek to ensure that the standard will adequately describe both existing and likely near term products and rate options.
