Energy Interoperation CS01 approved

The formal ballot has closed, with 14 Yes and 1 Abstention. As I understand it, the license and related IPR rights are now in effect now that the approval is completed. The formal publication should take place in January, with the errata incorporated.

The errata we voted out this past week will be in a public review ending in early January.

If you are using the work product, CSPRD03 is the correct one to use; the errata are included wd38 and will posted for a 15 day public review soon--they are typographic in nature and not substantive. The final publication will incorporate the final publication location for EMIX 1.0, which is pending completion of the EMIX errata.

Congratulations and thanks to all of you -- this is the output of an intense collaboration.  Now we work on and with deployments.
