It's rare because the registration machinery is broken. But if it
ever gets unbroken, +//Company might take off, in which case it
would be well to be prepared. ("Make no little plans; they
have no power to fire men's blood...")
(I think "+//IDN example.com..." is severely broken because of the
lack of dates.)
Still, it's a small point and I could live without it.
