Agenda:
The issue about whether to say anything about interleaving TR 9401 and XML Catalogs, and if so, what. See Norm's suggestion at 
http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/entity/email/archives/200304/msg00002.html, which is to say that the interleaf doesn't have to work, but may work.

Also, the issue about whether there is a recommended way to handle external identifiers when parsing catalog files themselves. See
