OASIS IPR policy

OASIS process [1] requires me to inform you all of the OASIS IPR 
Policy[2]. Consider yourselves informed ;-) I would also appreciate 
it if you could actually read the policy. You do not need to reply to 
this email, but if you wisht to, reply only to me and not to the 
list.
