Seems ok to me.

Why is delegatePublic highlighted in the diff
as being added?  This isn't newly added, is it?

I'm guessing its only an artifact of the diff,
but I wanted to check.

Also, I'm assuming the text for point 5 in 
section 7.1.2 and point 5 in 7.2.2 isn't really 
all new either, right?
