future of the ER TC

Hi everyone,

it's been 6 months now since our spec became an OASIS Standard, and 
we haven't had any bug reports. So we need to decide whether to keep 
the TC going, or to close it down.

I propose we close the ER TC down, since we've finished the task we 
set ourselves, and no obvious new tasks that are related have come 
up. If I hear no objections within a week (by March 29th), I will 
email Mary that we have formally decided to close down the TC. 

Thanks for all your work in making XML Catalogs a useful 
specification!
