I have previously developed XML schemas for e-procurement for BASDA. I am currently involved in an e-procurement project for the UK Government, for which I am writing the schemas and stylesheets. My expertise is in XML, for which I am a UK Government adviser. I am a member of the e-gov TC and the E&VSTC, for which I wrote the schemas.
