Dowling Consulting is currently acting as strategic advisor to the New South Wales State government in Australia on the implementation of whole of government e-procurement. Dowling Consulting also participates in national standards and interoperability working groups faciliated by the National Office of the Information economy in Australia. We also have experience in the states of Victoria, Queensland, South Australia and Western Australia in the government e-procurement initiatives. I am interested in participation at the earliest available time as I have recently joined OASIS.
