        eTMF-2014-2-17-meeting-notes-  content classification layer.

Amended with TC member adopted metadata definitions and required metadata.  Note 'Country' is dropped as required MD from eTMF domain MD.  The term is still present, however, there is no requirement for a country data value for every content item in the eTMF.
