Meeting Minutes

1. Roll Call & Agenda Review.

Agreed on proposed agenda.

Jiri Hlusi presented the proposed initial contribution for FFMII Business Use Cases and Features Chapters 1 to 5 which were jointly reviewed and edited. Edits and notes are available in the following revised document.

Some of the bigger edits were:

In 3.2 Definitions: Clarified the definitions of Field Work and Task. Removed an unused term Resource.

In 4.3.6 Deployment adaptability: Added the technology neutrality aspect.

Action Item: Jiri Hlusi will edit Chapter 5 (FFMII Business Use Cases) to apply consistent defined terminology (Assignee, etc).

Agreed unanimously to use the reviewed version of initial contribution for FFMII Business Use Cases and Features Chapters 1 to 5 as the initial starting point for the official FFMII Requirements document.

5b) Proposed business use case: ClickSoftware
