Today conference call was cancelled, due to lack of quorum. Sami, Jiri and myself were on the call. We briefly discussed how to progress item 5b and 5c. The conclusion is that we will discuss the item 5b and 5c on the mailing list and seek for consensus and agreement in the next two weeks. Then, I, as editor will merge these documents into a working draft. I will send out separate email for each item to start the discussion.

Volunteer for minutes taker, Sami takes Aug8 and Jiri takes July 11.
