Subject: Re: [ffm] Groups - FFMII-BusinessUseCasesFeaturesREQ-v1.0-wd01-09052011-clean_JT_Thinh_edits.docxuploaded

Just read through the changes from beginning of the doc to Section 4.3.4 and wrote down couple of very minor comments.

Section 4.2 Business architects view...
Second paragraph, first sentence:

"Field-Force Management Technical Committee (FFM TC) concerns itself with positioning and interoperability aspects related ERMS and FFMS."

Is missing "to", should be ending "...aspects related to ERMS and FFMS".

Section 4.3.1 Applicability across domains and use cases

I think the first sentence of the second paragraph and the last sentence of the third paragraph should both say either "SHOULD" or "MUST". These are requirements the interface must fulfill to some extent to be usable but there is no clear quantitative way to measure this.

The "SHOULD" in 4.3.2 Technical scalability, second and third paragraph, first sentence, are somewhat similar.

Section 4.3.4 Expression accuracy and user guidance
First paragraph, first sentence

"Field operations performance is in proportional relation to the expression accuracy provided by the work planning system."

This ended originally with "...provided to the work planning system", because it talks about expression accuracy the interface provides to the work planning system. So, perhaps:

"Field operations performance is in proportional relation to the expression accuracy the integration interface is providing to the work planning system."
