in 7.5.1 now, change in italics below The receiver of MLText data SHOULD display to user the most specific translation that matches the user preferences or otherwise the default alternative. Default alternative is the one for which no locale is specified,
or if no such alternative exists, the first defined alternative. The method for determining the most specific translation is not dictated by FFMII. |
