Hello all,


Please find attached input material for the "Identity and Capabilities
Discovery" subsystem of FFMII. The document contains the complete
specification for the subsystem in a binding technology agnostic manner.

This document is a joint submission of NSN and Rossum. In addition to the
actual content it also introduces proposal of simple notation that could be
used for specificaiton of interface calls, input parameters and output
values throughout the rest of FFMII specificaiton.
