My apologies - the forest@lists.oasis-open.org list is not a publicly   
accessible list, although monthly archives of it are publically viewable.   
You need to be a member of the TC to post to it. Sorry about that. But I   
expect that you may want to take part in the work of the TC and join as   
an Associate (or your company as a full member) anyway? :-)

In future we will be able to set up an implementers discussion list to   
which non-TC members can post but as I understand it, before that can   
happen, our standards or proposals must go through an OASIS prescribed   
public review process which takes upwards of 60 days. In the meantime we   
will take care, when appropriate, to cc our replies to your querstions to   
the list so that the thread is there for the benefit of TC members and   
others.

As you are not back in the office until Friday, I will wait until then to   
send you the further docs I mentioned earlier, because David Richardson   
here is also off-site until Friday and I would like his assistance to   
make sure that what I send you is correct and as relevant as possible.
