Subject: Status of Specification Documents

Apologies for the delay – I did look over the
specification and it looks great! There’s a little bit of tweaking to be
done to the cover page, but that’s typical. The big missing piece is the
conformance section. I had forwarded the conformance guidelines a while ago but
will resend just in case. The only other thing is the schema should be in a plain text
file rather than a word doc so it could actually be run through a
