We could do that if the members prefer, but really the meeting did not
do anything very significant that really requires this. Anyone who
wants a change to something the meeting decided can raise that as an
issue with the proposal with exactly the same effect.

| I think so too.  There is nothing about IRC in the TC process
| document, but teleconference meetings work fine.

The experience with the other two TCs has been that teleconference
meetings work, but not very well. It might be more productive to have
an unofficial IRC meeting instead and to do the official decisions in
Baltimore. Feedback from the members on this is very much welcome.
