Going back a few days, in a sense Rex what you said is agreeable.  We are
going to be gathering requirements again...the primary purpose is to broaden
our outreach again, to include the needs of various parties in the next
couple of months.

Thus, till March 15th, 2002, we will be in the process of soliciting
assistance strictly in the form of requirements, as you have begun doing Rex
in the form of requesting scenarios from parties who have specific needs
which can be met.

Len, I think the real work will begin regarding schema development at that
point, although it could conceivably proceed in a graduated fashion till
that date.
