Hi Everyone,

Please vote on the OASIS site. I have uploaded the revised charter 
and set up the ballot. Just go to the HumanMarkup TC page and click 
on the ballots tab. It will take you to the ballot page where you can 
vote.

No doubt some of you are still unfamiliar with the new system, but 
this should give you a chance to get more comfortable with it. If you 
haven't explored it yet, you will need to go through your mail inbox 
to find the OASIS [members] announcement which includes your 
temporary user id and password, which you can then change to suit 
yourselves. It is easiest to then click on the "My Groups" selection 
in the left side bar and thence to the HumanMarkup TC.

I can't start recruiting until this is accepted, and I am developing 
a severe case of frustration over it because my research is pinning 
down a lot of opportunities I want to exploit yesterday. I expect 
that this could be a key to getting a lot more attention and support, 
which we dearly need and which will certainly redound to the benefit 
of all.
