Voting on Mediation SC Charter/Mission?

Hi Everyone,

I wanted to ask whether we would like to vote on the Mission and 
Charter Statement for the Mediation SC in a Kavi ballot, or if not, 
do we want to discuss on this list, using this thread?

Since we were not even close to a quorum, there was no reason to get 
into a detailed discussion of the revised Mediation SC Charter and 
Mission Statement that I posted yesterday morning, so please review 
it and let us know what you think. I would like to know by the middle 
of next week if possible so I can set up the online vote before our 
next meeting, which I would prefer to devote to making progress on a 
revision of the primary base schema before the summer.
