2. Review the updated draft and JPA binding.

 

Eric described the JPA runtime framework, which was updated to match the model in the draft specification. Martin Chapman is advising the TC on setting up a legal framework for sharing source code and contributing to the JPA prototype implementation.

Peter Yim informed the TC of the KMGOV and KMWG conference for Expertise Locator on the following day (Thursday, Oct 28). In response to the invitation by conference host Jeanne Holm, Eric gave a 10 – 15 minutes presentation from the same slides presented to Ontolog in August (see the slides at http://ontolog.cim3.net/file/work/OWL2/OWL-2_Tools-n-Applications/OASIS_ICOM_Application_Oracle_Semantic_Technologies--ZheWu-RameshVasudevan-EricChan-DeirdreLee-LauraDragan_20100805.pdf).
