Ballot created to vote IDCloud Editor's draft as committee draft01

Hi All,
   I have created a ballot to vote the latest editor's draft as 
Committee Draft 01.

The URL to the editor's draft is:

The Ballot is:

Only the voting members have the right to view and vote.

Note that this is not the final version of the document. Subsequent 
versions of the document will come out as CD02, CD03 etc until the 
committee is ready to vote it as committee spec. So any 
changes/omissions/corrections etc can wait until after the ballot.
