Permission to post TC Document draft to NIST

I was forwarded an email this morning indicating our use case document was copied to the NIST SAJACC Twiki?  Who gave permission to do this?  See email below...

Subject: OASIS Identity Use Cases and SAJACC mapping 
 
This is for members of the Identity Management subgroup in particular. 
 
The most recent use case document from the OASIS Identity in the Cloud TC has been uploaded to the SAJACC main twiki page, at this link. This document is a candidate for OASIS committee draft (but not yet officially approved). There are quite a few use cases, but see below for my take on closest mapping to the four SAJACC identity management use cases. 
     5.1 see OASIS 28 (and 2, 31) 
     5.2 see 11 
     5.3 see 28 
     5.4 see 15 
 
Although its the 5.x use cases that are the main focus of this sub-group, I see several other identity-related SAJACC use cases, notably: 
     3.1, 3.2, 3.3  see OASIS 22, Government Provisioning of Cloud Services 
     4.1  see OASIS 27, Intercloud Document Exchange 
     6.1, 6.2 ?? 
 
A next step within the OASIS TC is the Gap Analysis. That should include, on a per use case basis, a catalog of relevant standards, relevant ongoing standards efforts, and gaps. I expect Ill be able to share any work in progress on that here.
