Notes: We have a document draft ready for review and ballot that has been
worked on by the TC regularly since August/September of 2010 including two
face-to-face meetings.  The document now contains 32 use cases covering 13
sub-categorizations of identity mgmt.  The membership would very much like to
make this work public to show OASIS' leadership in cloud and areas of
security such as IdM.
