Path for Externally Referencing the id-cloud-usecases-v1.0-wd01.doc as aComm. Note draft

Fellow TC Members,

As you can see, we have in our Kavi
document area the markup-free final editor's draft for our use case document
that our chairs may ballot to take to CND status (make public).

Once this version passes TC ballot,
we can fill out an "upload" request (as per process) to hosts
the draft on the OASIS public site which anyone can then reference (via
link) any number of times they wish.  I will also, change the identifier
of the document to reflect its status a "CND" instead of a "WD".

Until that happens, no one should copy
this document to other sites.
