Version skew between spec and schema?

In the most recent Community Draft,
the spec lists several claim types that are either different from or omitted
from the schema that the spec refers to on lines 1949 and 1950.

In particular, the spec calls out "homephone",
"otherphone" and "mobilephone".
The schema doesn't know any of those,
but it does know "primaryphone", which the spec seems unaware
of.
