The text should define if leading zeros are suppressed and if there is a transformation into IP V4 addresses from V6.
Moving a card from a selector an a computer using V4 addresses should not cause the PPID to change if the same card is used on a mobile phone with V6 addresses for example.
Need to define canonical representation of IP V6 address.
We should read through for other IP V 4 dependencies.
