It is useful to have a mechanism whereby a Relying Party Web site can request that a token be retrieved automatically, if possible. The intent is that this occur using a card pre-selected for the Relying Party. For instance, if a default or administratively configured card is associated with the Relying Party, this mechanism would attempt to get a token from the Identity Provider for that card.
