Errata doc

Please review the errata doc.  The only lines that aren’t boilerplate are 19-21 and 39-41.  These correspond to the differences between our published schema doc  identity-1.0-os.xml and the corrected one identity-1.0-os-errata-01.xml (which the TC reviewed in February).

 

Hopefully we can start the process of publishing this on the call tomorrow.
