Discussion/resolution of comments

1. Specification does not provide a means for exchanging supported claim type encoding, occurs out of band

2.  Conforming parties are either IPs or RPs, any assertions they produce must conform to these specifications.  We do not believe there is a need for a third conformance target.

3.  The TC believes the specification is consistent as written and no change is necessary.

 

Mike took an action to reply to all PR comments with resolutions.

 

3. Promoting specs to CS

Mike to produce revised draft, contains a resolution from comment that is non-substantive.

Chairs will initiate a 7 day electronic ballot to approve draft as CD and if ballot is successful request TC Administrator to begin Special Majority vote to approve as CS.
