Tentative timelines for KMIP 2.0 release

Hi All,

We're looking forward to implement a Key Management solution based on KMIP 2.0.

Currently we're researching with version 1.3 and using [1] for testing.

We'd like to know the tentative timelines of the release of KMIP version 2.0, in order to align our development process.
