Logistics for potential face to face at SafeNet

All, last week I took an action to look into the possibility of SafeNet hosting the face to face meeting on Friday, February 18th.  This is definitely an option, here are the logistics if we proceed.

The SafeNet office is located at 350 Convention Way, Redwood City, 94063.  This is located just off US 101 between the Whipple and Woodside exits, about a 40 minute drive from downtown San Francisco.  It's a 15 minute walk from the CalTrain station, which you can catch at 4th and King in San Francisco (http://www.caltrain.com/site3.aspx).  

I've tentatively reserved a room that can hold 30 people from 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM.  The room has a projector, screen, and audio conferencing capabilities.  I'm working with facilities to ensure there will be internet access for all.  There is a small cafeteria on-site, and a wide-array of lunch options in downtown Redwood City.

I'm assuming most out-of-town folks will proceed directly to SFO, which is a 25 minute drive north in light traffic.  SFO can also be reached via CalTrain by connecting with Bart in Millbrae, but requires multiple transfers.  Cab sharing or carpooling to the airport may work better.
