Subject: Final interoperability testing results from July
The interop testing results from July are attached. These results have been agreed amongst the interop participants. In this round of testing we including a number of test cases which are not in the current 1.0 and 1.1 test case set that represent a specific vendors product usage. They are clearly marked. In the interests of consensus one result is marked as ambiguous in terms of its status as we could not reach unanimous agreement on whether or not the behaviours were allowed or precluded in the specification. That area is part of the discussion around templates that is on-going and there is a slot in the face to face agenda to hopefully resolve that. As per previous rounds of testing, summary graphs are included in the spreadsheet and are separately attached in the PDF document. The final slides include a summary of the status across both rounds of interop testing performed so far this year. Those graphs clearly demonstrate the increase in KMIP capability in vendor products. Thanks again to all those vendors who participated in interoperability testing and the review feedback on the consolidated results! Any issues with the data contained in the results should be directed to myself or Mathias (or to the main mailing list). Thanks, Tim.
