So the obligation on all TC participants is to avoid disclosing anything they consider their own proprietary/confidential information. I think as host, NetApp should be responsible for ensuring that TC attendees are not inadvertently exposed to NetApp confidential information. The agreement also carries no time limit, no definition of what recipients can do with information, nor exclusion of information that later becomes
public, which are fairly common NDA terms. --Steve From:
