VMware contributions to OASIS KMIP TC (re-charted aka new)

To whom it may concern,

In accordance with the OASIS Open TC Process section 2.17 Intellectual Property Rights Procedures, and section 2.12 TC Rechartering, VMware hereby formally contributes all documents and emails made by VMware members to date in the OASIS KMIP Technical Committee document and email repository under the original KMIP Technical Committee charter to the rechartered KMIP Technical Committee effective immediately.
