Locate description missing some text... Re: [kmip] Groups - Introduction to KMIP v2.0 WD01 uploaded

In Section 4.9 locate in the KMIP 1.4 specification the following paragraph exists but I cannot find it in the Locate section on the KMIP 2.0 draft:

Wild-cards or regular expressions (defined, e.g., in [ISO/IEC 9945-2]) MAY be supported by specific key management system implementations for matching attribute fields when the field type is a Text String or a Byte String.

Was it intentional to leave it out?
