I think this is a great idea, and I'm available to help. Unfortunately, none of our use-case documents are in a format that is either (a) appropriate for public review later, or (b) useful to the Technical Subcommittee. Perhaps we can work on a use case format that is good, and then the other subcommittees can use the same format.
