Dear all, 

let me remind you that tomorrow, Saturday May 30th @ 12:00 PM EDT, closes the ballot for the election of the new co-chair to substitute John Joergensen. 

Currently there are 11 votes out of 19 members entitled to vote. Please remember to cast your vote in time. 

We shall meet next Wednesday @ 10:00 AM EDT (4:00 PM CEST) and 5:00 PM EDT (11:00 PM CEST) to review the result of the ballot and welcome our new co-chair.
