Subject: Re: [legalcitem] Global distribution of TC members for maximizing involvement

Dear Roberta,

> I am in Hawaii and meetings that occur at 4 am, 5 am, etc. are not sustainable for me. Although I had hoped to participate in this endeavor, I did not know that all of the meetings would be held in the wee hours of the morning. As I said, it is not a sustainable model for me to be able to participate. Had I known this would be the situation, I would not have joined this group. As a result, I have asked OASIS to refund my membership money on a prorated basis.

I see. It was not clear from Chet's list that there were people from Hawaii. Sorry for that. If you stay in the group, then this is reason enough to go on with the split, I deduce. If you still intend to go, let us know.

But if we have to split the tele-conferences, though, I ask that the division is not made on the Atlantic Ocean. It should be possible for people in US East Coast to attend both, and (with some effort) for people from Europe and West Coast to attend the other.

Maintaining the current time for the first, at 16:00 (Europe), 10:00 (NA East), 7:00 (NA West), 23:00 (Japan), and putting the second one four/five hours later, at 20:00/21:00 (Europe), 14:00/15:00 (NA East), 11:00/12:00 (NA West), 8:00/9:00 (Hawaii), would allow most people to take part to both, or either one, if they so choose.

Ciao

Fabio
